Some people think writing policy is dry and boring. 

Let’s be honest, it can be!  But, if you see policy the same way as I do, the foundation for contributing to the overall culture of the workplace, to guide norms and values and to help you reach your longer-term goals, then writing (or updating) policy can be fun. Particularly when it’s tied to changing direction and introducing new ways of doing things! 


The same concepts applies for creating, improving and maintaining all HR content. Think templates, portals, website articles (to name a few). Doing this well helps ensure employees are supported with up to date and engaging information.
